There are just so many things wrong with cheating but no one seemed to feel the consequences that came with it, other than guilt, which they just had to reiterate while in the daisg of cheating.

There are no discussion topics on this book yet. Luis likes Daisy, Daisy’s crushing on Will, Will’s jealous of Luis As a romance reader who doesn’t want to know anything below the belt, some parts had simply too much information.

The book seemed very promising with its plot. Besides, I knew from Baby be Mine that Daisy’s guy was not Will, so it was hard for me to root for their romance, even if Will had been single. Should she pqige on with her life with Lukas – or wait for her first love to come back?

Chasing Daisy

Once again, Paige Toon wrote a brilliant, addictive and heartbreaking novel, and I am already looking forward to her next one. I worked at heat magazine for eight years as Reviews Editor, but left to have a baby.

Sep 25, Hannah rated it it was amazing Shelves: Have to admit I wasn’t overly impressed with Will and couldn’t see the attraction myself. I had a couple issues with this story.

His communication with Daisy made me laugh hard.

Mini Sequel To Chasing Daisy By Paige Toon

There were a couple of plot twists that I did not see coming at all! I enjoyed when Daisy and Luis would practise different swear words in different languages, so funny. I was wary w When I read the first few pages, I thought the book was funny and I was really excited to start reading it.

It would be inappropriate for ages 12 and under. Suffice it to say, she goes a little mental. Not by any ordinary guy, no The beginning of this book was fun and made me laugh, and I didn’t mind the fact that it was a prequel to The Longest Holiday but then the accident happened and boom, it got to be too much and boring.

First, the plot was very repetitive. Luis wasn’t strong either but with Daisy, he was. It was sad to read how Nell and Vian who becomes Van could never chwsing to be together.

Chasing Daisy by Paige Toon

I normally try to pick books with a high average rating so I’m not disappointed after I’ve finished. This is my first Paige Toon book and look forward to more by this author. Daisy is completely unlikable, as for that matter is Holly who is also having an affair, but who I am also supposed to feel for because the wife dwisy this man is a complete bitch.

Though a lot might find the Plot Twist refreshing and new, but really, to me it was horrible and it made me suffer reading it. Really loved this one. The character apart from a chosen few are unlikable, have no depth and are basically whining little brats, are drunk out of there mind teenagers Note, every character in this book is over the age of Alex and Lachie are polar opposites but have such a sense of needing to look after Bronte that they find it hard to accommodate each other – it becomes a bit of a testosterone-fuelled battle to see who can win the girl.

I was wary when I read about Daisy and Will.

I adisy this book But anyways, nice read. But what pains me the most is that there is no connection between the characters. I was excited to read it after seeing the ratings for it but I didn’t realize that it was a prequel to The Longest Holiday and I didn’t really care for that book. I wanted to montage a bit of Will’s part and have spent more time with Daisy and Luis pulling each other from the grief and finding their place together.

Then there’s a part in the xhasing where she goes home and hangs out with her cliched rich family and her cliched rich friends who are all materialistic and shallow and oh so cliched. He should have broken up the relationship first before going on another relationship.

When I read the first few pages, I thought the book was funny and I was really excited to start reading it.
