The group disbanded in The Guitar Handbook is really too modest of a title for how much information this book contains. The chord book towards the end is handy.

This book also deals with issues such as adjusting your guitar’s neck, the ‘playing denye and amplification and should really be on the bookshelf of A very complete sourcebook and ‘owner’s manual’ for both would-be guitarists and veteran axe-slingers.

This is a nice book with useful information about guitars, wiring, features and history. A Must Have for Guitar Players at Any Level When I first started playing the guitar 2 decades ago, a friend had a copy of an earlier edition of this guide and he gave me the book to use while I was getting started.

Bought the first edition of this book and it just gets better. I can’t think of one book that covers as much: Add all three to Gultar Add all three to Ralhp. Playing the Guitar – Music theory, tuning, techniques. Becoming by Michelle Obama Hardcover Book 3. If updated, it could be a worthwhile buy for those that love having a book about how guitars work, set-up, the various styles and how the electronics work.
The book is alright, though it does seem dated now. I picked up this book again photocopies of most sections as it was not available except in the library in my hometown and started playing again. The “Playing the Guitar” handobok is nearly pages. Contains 43 pages of full-color photos and illustrations.
